- TTC (Time to Collect):
- Total days between invoice sent date and payment received/applied.
- Ave TTC — All:
- Average days between invoice sent and payment received for all paid invoices.
- Ave TTC — Past Due Only:
- Average TTC for invoices paid after their due date.
- % On-Time Collections:
- Number of invoices paid on or before due date ÷ total paid invoices.
- Ave Days Past Due:
- Average days an invoice is paid after its due date (past-due invoices only).
- Due date:
- Invoice sent date + client payment terms (Net 30/45/60).
